做法
  Pureetogetheralltheingredientsforthespicepasteinablender.
  Heattheoilinawokorfryingpanandstir-frythespicepastefor1-2minutes.addtheprawnsandcontinuetofryuntiltheprawnsturnred,becomefirmandarejustcooked.
  StirintheLondongoldandcoconutcream,bringtotheboilandreducefor4-5minuetsoverahighheattoformacoatingsauce.seasonifrequired.
  Arrangethelettuceleavesonservingplates.transfertheprawns,6perperson,andthesauceontothelettuceleaves.sprinklewithroastedcashewnutsandchoppedcorianderleaves.
